Refund Policy
Returns window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
Condition: Items must be clean and unused. Used gear that shows wear, dirt, odors, or damage may be refused.
How to start a return: Email support@campquestoutfitters.com with your order # and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.
Return shipping:

Defective/damaged/incorrect items — we cover return shipping.

Change-of-mind — customer pays return shipping (we can provide a label and deduct [$X] from the refund).
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method 3–5 business days after the return is delivered and inspected.
Exchanges: Start a return, then place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-returnable items (for safety/hygiene): First-aid kits, water filters/purifiers once opened, fuel canisters, batteries, food items, gift cards, downloadable/digital products.
Final sale: Clearance/“final sale” items are not returnable unless defective.
Shipping issues: If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply where offered; contact us and we’ll help coordinate.
