Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, most items do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price—there are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
Carriers & tracking
Orders ship from U.S. warehouses via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Address restrictions
Some items cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain remote locations. If an item is ineligible for your address, we’ll contact you with options.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@campquestoutfitters.com within 30 minutes of placing it. Once an order is processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
